Membership runs for one year or two years from the date you join. 

A "Bundle" membership is the same as a family or household membership. It allows everyone who lives at the same address to be a member of the bundle membership. When you join, you will be the bundle administrator. Your profile page will have an "Add member" button. Click it and fill out the profile form for the family member you are adding to your bundle.
