Mechanicals/Mishaps - Ron's pedal stripped out from his crank arm and had to abort at the Bumpy Oak Pond about 3miles from the start.
Report - Our regular Friday riders plus Janell. Janell had taken the day off to fly to Western Canada for an organized "Hiker/Biker" trip, but her flight was cancelled until Saturday, so she decided to ride with us rather than go to work. There was an average number of trail users this morning and several dogs walking their humans. We saw several "pint" sized bikers with training wheels enjoying being out with their parents. Lots of wildlife out and about (Jackie took some photos with her phone). Very nice and pleasant ride. After the ride, Ron, Susan, Fran, Jackie, and I went to the "Old George's" (which is now "Rib's to Go") for lunch. The food was good and plentiful, and the prices were reasonable. See you next Friday.
