Route: the Friday Fav - Indian Head Rail Trail, Livingston Rd parking lot to White Plains trailhead and return
Weather: Quite pleasant - high haze so filtered sunlight, temp range 73-79, slight air out of the NE, agreeable humidity
AMS: varied by rider
Mechanicals/Mishaps: about 1 3/4 miles into the ride, Gene noted he seemed to have rubbing on his tires. A quick examination of the front brake revealed the problem, easily rectified, and his ride continued w/o further problems.
Report: Nice to have Oswald riding again with the club following his late Fall accident. We moved along nicely, encountering numerous other trail users, mostly cyclists, with the occasional walkers or joggers. Only wildlife sightings your faithful correspondent is aware of were a couple of young turtles crossing the trail. Almost all of us went to Ribs-to-Go afterwards for an enjoyable lunch on the patio.
