Shady roads and an early start should let us have a great ride while beating the heat.  We'll take Martin, Candy Hill and Nottingham to Fenno and St Thomas Church, then go down Croom Airport to a rest stop at the Patuxent River Park Pavilion.  On the return we'll turn on Duvall and climb up Mount Calvert to Croom and Duley Station, then go down Van Brady to Molly Berry, taking North Keys back to our start.  29.6 mi, 1590' elevation gain.
