  Come and join me in this fun filled weekend for a 3 day North Carolina Coastal Ride in Elizabeth City, North Carolina.  See Note #'s 1 &4

  The Cycle North Carolina (CNC) Coastal Ride offers participants and their families a fun-filled 3-day weekend both on and off the bike. Start your day by hopping on your bike and exploring one of the many fully supported routes this ride has to offer. Each day will feature a variety of routes ranging anywhere from 10 miles to 100 miles. The flat roads and minimal traffic counts will allow you to fully experience all of the sights and sounds of the Washington area, including an abundance of coastal wildlife and many historic sites that are deeply rooted in the local communities.

  Elizabeth City also has plenty of activities for when you are off the bike. Those who are feeling adventurous can take a kayak expedition or do a little paddle boarding. Those looking to relax might prefer to explore the mix of boutiques, antique shops, and restaurants in the downtown area. This will be the first time Elizabeth City has hosted the event. We look forward to seeing you there!

  All routes are fully supported with rest stops every 10-20 miles, Support And Gear vehicles (SAG’s), and the Cycling Spoken Here bike mechanics. The rest stops or aid stations, feature FREE snacks, drinks, water, pb & j sandwiches, restrooms, and an opportunity to dismount, stretch, and explore the area.

  Chesapeake Cycling Club's Tri-County Classic spring cycling event will take you on a tour of Talbot, Queen Anne's, and Caroline Counties in the heart of Maryland's Eastern Shore, considered one of the top cycling destinations in America, with “a crazy quilt of fields, small towns, coves, and sinuous tributary rivers.  This is a fully supported event with rest stops, SAG service, with tickets for the Oxford-Bellevue Ferry and ice cream at the Scottish Highland Creamery in Oxford and lunch tacos included.

  There are 100, 65 and 37 mile courses.  Courses will be marked with arrows for routes on the road and yard signs, as well as signs for rest stops, Ice cream pit stop etc.

  Ride Description: 

  Celebrate the arrival of spring with a weekend of scenic cycling – great FLAT routes with views of the water everywhere you turn, delicious local eats, toe-tapping music, and nice, down-home folks to help you with whatever you need!
  
  Tour de Chesapeake is a family-friendly cycling event located in Mathews County, on Virginia’s Middle Peninsula.  The supported ride is all day on Saturday, but we hope you will make a weekend of it and see all Mathews has to offer.  We have lined up a whole assortment of things for you to do on Friday, Saturday and Sunday too!

  York, Pennsylvania Overnight Ride begins in Cockeysville, MD on the Torrey C. Brown Rail Trail, https://rb.gy/huquie to the Heritage Rail Trail (HRT), https://rb.gy/usher8 when you cross the Northern Central Rail Trail (NCR), https://rb.gy/1wlfld  NCR Mason & Dixon Line, https://rb.gy/vum8wr.  It is a 41 mile ride in each direction.  There will be regrouping points, Generally every 5 - 10 miles and a stop in New Freedom for lunch, the halfway point.  This is a one night stay in York, PA, then return the next morning to return to Cockeysville, MD.  Guest(s) are allowed. See Note #1.

  There will be a Zoom meeting for those who sign up for the tour to complete all final necessary details. Please make your room reservation in York. If you have questions, email me with York Tour in the subject line of the email. This is a Rain or Shine event unless the weather is forecast as "UNSAFE".  More information to follow as we near the ride date. The LaQuinta, https://rb.gy/u9hm2d and Best Western, https://rb.gy/rvzsmm are the recommended places to lodge but you have the final choice of where you want to stay.  They both are about 3 miles from the trail will allow the group to stay together. They are just off of Kenneth Road and Malcolm Road and are across the street from each other (Walking Distance).  Guest are allowed (1 per registered OHBTC member).

  Ride Description: On Day 1 of this "Self Supported" 4 day Williamsburg Tour it will start in Richmond at the Richmond, VA train station (1500 E. Main Street) and to continue to Williamsburg, VA via the scenic Virginia Capital Trail and  roads (THE TOUR WILL BEGIN ON THE PEDALS AT 9:30 WITH A STOP AT THE TRAIL HEAD FOR A GROUP PHOTO).
