Report - General consensus ride report - everyone liked the route, it's pretty and scenic and mostly low traffic. The route includes 2400 feet of climbing in 34.6 miles.
The weather was outstanding. The mood was social. And three people got lost, in two different places. Despite the ride leader stopping at turns to wait for riders behind, two riders who were quite far out in front missed a key turn before the rest stop. One of them called her husband who had already arrived at the rest stop and was directed to an alternate route to reach the rest stop. They were significantly delayed but some riders waited to make sure they arrived. Later in the ride, another rider missed a turn and two of us turned back to find her, and because the ride leader had a late afternoon activity to attend, at that point, one of the riders waited for our lost one. All got back safely and thoroughly enjoyed the day.
