We'll take the IHRT to Bumpy Oak and go down Rose Hill to Chapel Point Rd and a portolet stop at Port Tobacco River Park, then climb Locust Grove and take Springhill Newtown and Glen Albin to a rest stop at the Dash In in La Plata.  Heading back we'll take MD-6 and Valley to Hawthorne, Ripley and Poorhouse to another stop at the Pisgah Store.  After the break we'll take Pisgah Marbury and Bicknell to Chicamuxen back.  34 miles, 1234' elevation gain.

Directions to Ride Start:  From Beltway Exit 3-A take Md 210 (Indian Head Highway) south for 14 miles to town of Bryans Road. Turn left onto Livingston Road/MD-227, after 1.8 miles bear right to stay on Livingston Road/MD-224 for 2.0 miles to the trail parking area on the right.
