Long, (mostly) flat and scenic, this ride goes to some interesting but seldom-visited destinations including the Leonardtown Wharf, the Piney Point Lighthouse and Cecil's Old Mill.
Starting from Baggett Park we'll go through the Loveville Mennonite Community down Jones and Macintosh Rds to Hollywood and Leonardtown, stopping at the Wharf for a break before making our way south on Rt 5 and Medleys Neck to a stop at Russell's Store and then down to the Piney Point Lighthouse near the site of the first Summer White House.
We'll then stop at JW Dent's for lunch, then head north to Indian Bridge and a stop at Cecil's Old Mill, continuing north to a stop at Bradford's Market (formerly McKay's). Macintosh will take us to Clover Hill, across Three Notch Highway to Sandgates and finally Kavanaugh and Laurel Grove back to Baggett Park.
