Ride is a GO after consulting four (4) weather forecasts with rain chances ranging from 0 to 30%. Plenty of options to shorten should conditions change.
Another scenic tour of Charles County back roads, meandering through Marbury and then taking Smallwood Church, Ironsides, Durham Church and MD-6 to a rest stop at Scott's Store in Welcome. Continuing on MD-6 eastwards to Poorhouse, then Ripley, Hawthorn, Marshall Corner and Bensville Rd to the IHRT which will return us to the start. 37 miles, 1397' elevation gain.
All ride classes welcome: ride leader will sweep at a CC/C pace to insure no rider left behind. A few cue sheets at ride start - best to either print your own or download route.

Directions to start: From Beltway Exit 3-A take Md 210 (Indian Head Highway) south for 14 miles to town of Bryans Road. Turn left onto Livingston Road/MD-227, after 1.8 miles bear right to stay on Livingston Road/MD-224 for 2.0 miles to the trail parking area on the right. [map to ride start]
