This form will assist you in posting a ride.

Download the form. Don't fill it out online, download and save it to your desktop.  Once you have the form downloaded, open it with your desktop PDF viewer.  Fill in the form fields and save the filled-in form. For your convenience, the Ride Start field includes a drop-down list of the most popular ride starts, and the field for the Ride Start Address has a link to a list of addresses of the most frequently used ride starts.

Attach the saved, filled-in form to an email to RidePostersGroupOH@googlegroups.com  using your ride’s title as the subject.

An Event Manager, one of a group that monitors the mailbox will enter your ride in the Club Ride Calendar within 24 hours, and will notify you when your ride has been posted.

Once you are notified that your ride is posted, log on to the Club website, check the listing and register for the ride yourself.  If you notice any errors, send an email to the RidePostersGroupOH@googlegroups.com and an Event Manager monitoring the mailbox will fix the listing.

If you need to postpone, reschedule or cancel your ride, send an email to RidePostersGroupOH@googlegroups.com and we will update the listing for you.
