We go north on Sands, climbing Harwood Road to a rest stop at the Exxon, then take MD-2 to Mill Swamp and Muddy Creek to Cumberstone and Bayfields and a rest stop on the water in Galesville.  After a break at Galesville we'll take Owensville to Sudley, then Nutwell to Solomons Island, Brooks Woods and Greenock.  Wrighton, Plummer Lane and the MD-4 Service Road take us back to Waysons.  37 miles, 1566' elevation gain.

Directions to Ride Start:  From I-95 Exit 11-A take Pennsylvania Avenue (Md 4) 10 miles past Upper Marlboro to Waysons Corner, exit Md 408. Left at the end of exit ramp to Waysons Corner. Bear right at the light and proceed to the park and ride on the right.
