A shorter and very different route to Galesville from the last time we were there.  This time, starting from Southern High School, we'll go down Harwood Rd and Patuxent River Rd to Davidsonville, then take the infamous St George Barber the easy way to Beards Point, Brick Church and South River Clubhouse onto Muddy Creek.  We'll get off the main road onto Collins and Old Muddy Creek for a while and also visit Lansdale before a quick stop at the High's for supplies and a rest stop on the water at Galesville.  The usual way back to Harwood.  32 mi, 1400' elevation gain.

Directions to Ride Start:  From I-95 Exit 11-A take Pennsylvania Avenue (Md 4) 10 miles past Upper Marlboro to Waysons Corner. Take the exit for Md 408 through Waysons Corner and go 5.5 miles to a roundabout. Take the second exit from the roundabout onto Md 2 north. Continue 3.6 miles to the High School on the left.
