This ride starts from King's Landing Park in central Calvert County. We know it is a bit of a drive for most club members, but it offers a chance to explore a new area. We'll go to the Holland Cliffs, Deep Landing, Potts Point, and Wild Goose Landing neighborhoods on quiet country roads with occasional views of the Patuxent River. Except for the park where there are bathrooms and water, there are no facilities or stores along the route, so bring water and snacks. We'll take a short break at the cul-de-sac on Potts Point Rd at mile 21.

Directions to Ride Start:   3255 Kings Landing Rd, Huntingtown, MD 20639

From the Beltway take exit 11A for MD Route 4 South though Upper Marlboro and Dunkirk. At about 25 miles turn right onto Old Town Road, then right onto Hunting Creek Road. Watch your speed in the school zone - 25 mph, there is a camera. Continue straight onto Kings Landing Road which dead-ends at Kings Landing Park. Park at Wisner Hall, the white building on the right, either at the building or in the grass by the fence.

If coming from St. Mary’s or Charles counties, take Route 231 to Prince Frederick, turn left on Route 4, turn left at the Cox Road intersection onto Old Town Road, and left onto Hunting Creek Road. Watch your speed in the school zone - 25 mph, there is a camera. Continue straight onto Kings Landing Road which dead-ends at Kings Landing Park. Park at Wisner Hall, the white building on the right, either at the building or in the grass by the fence.
