Let's visit the Smithsonian's National Air & Space Museum.
If it's been a while since your last visit, they've been doing major work in the Air & Space Museum. Right now, 8 completely renovated and re-imaging galleries are open: Early Flight, America by Air, Destination Moon, Nation of Speed, The Wright Brothers & the Invention of the Aerial Age, Exploring the Planets, We All Fly and One World Connected.
We'll meet at 600 Independence Ave SW, Washington DC at 10:00 am and enter as a group. Groups have to enter together, but once in the museum they don't have to stay together. You can stay as long as you like, but once you exit the museum you can't enter again without a new ticket.
Note: Do not bring sharp items into the museums such as knives (including pocket or "Swiss Army" style knives), screwdrivers, scissors, etc. Other items not permitted include firearms, pepper spray, and Mace.
