Sam Perry and Sue Gunter joined me today. The LaPlata loop has some beneficial challenges designed to maintain a riders ability to train for variable elevation changes without fatiguing. The route allows one to do intervals and sprints letting you to find a "Happy Spot" too. The pace was a bit more than casual allowing anyone who can ride at a "CC" pace or better to join and participate in this ride. There are many places to stop for R & R (Wawa, McDonald's, Laural Springs Park, IHRT, Etc.) if needed.
No mechanical issues or mishaps were reported to me.
