Mechanicals/Mishaps: none :)

Report: We enjoyed a relaxed ride with several stops as we checked out part of the route for Labor Day's indian Head 100. Five of the six volunteers who will be marking the roads for the IH 100 were in the group. Our first stop was at the Indian Head Village Green, where the IH 100 starts at the pavilion and ends in the picnic area. The next stop was Smallwood State Park where riders will have the McChesney's egg, ham and cheese muffins.  We followed the route for the 61/47 miler to the Old Durham Church, where volunteers from the church's congregation will be making tomato sandwiches. Many thanks to the group for their patience as we took a look at three key locations for the IH 100. The final stop was not on the cue sheet, but the riders always enjoy a snack and chat at the Pisgah Store.
