Not many of us today (some of our regulars are riding at Bike VA) but there were lots of trail users. We all rode at our individual paces and met up at the White Plains rest area where we had a nice visit. We saw turtles (including a very large one), eagles, a turkey, many deer, and many other birds. After our break at White Plains, we picked up our pace on the return leg into a head wind. We stopped by George's for lunch but the chicken wings were out so I went home.
