We'll go down Farmington across MD-210 and take Livingston to Taylor Ave. Climbing Taylor we'll take Harrison, Madison, Jefferson and Jackson onto Old Fort Rd across 210 into Fort Washington Park and down to the Lighthouse, then climb back up to a rest stop at the Visitors Center. Leaving the Park we'll take a tour of the Tantallon neighborhood before re-crossing 210, taking Old Fort to Gallahan and a swooping 2 mile descent to Piscataway. Passing through historic Old Piscataway on our way to the 210 Service Rd, we'll climb up Chatsworth across 210 and back to the Firehouse, returning just before 4 pm, easily 3/4 hr before sunset. 24.6 mi, 1390' elevation gain.

Directions to Ride Start: Accokeek Firehouse. Take Md 210 south approximately 10 mi. from the beltway. Go right on Livingston Road at the Accokeek Rd 373 light (B&J Carryout). The fire station is on right after about 3/4 mi. Park toward the back. [16111 Livingston Rd, Accokeek, MD]
